Looks deee-lish. What’s a Queen Bean? I made a mustard green + brown butter + almond sauté yesterday, but pepper NEVER occurred to me?!? Grilling, plus jalapenos, plus quinoa, that’s a lotta steps in there, I’m tired already

Yeah, it looks so tasty! I also wondered about Purple Queen Beans and my memory was jogged when I google imaged the words. I think Florence was growing that type of bean at the museum over the summer.
